Andrew A. Ross – Founding Partner
Andrew brings over three decades of experience in helping businesses leverage technology to simplify the finance function to his role as CEO of Auciera. With a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and value through technology, Andrew is passionate about transforming the accounting function and delivering sustainable and measurable change.
Andrew’s expertise spans diverse roles. At the start of his career, Andrew joined a start-up accounting software company. Through his experience at this start-up, Andrew identified a gap that existed in businesses where accountants were not leveraging technology effectively to drive value. It was through these experiences that Andrew honed the skills needed to help businesses focus on applying technology to the accounting function. By focusing on automating routine tasks to simplify, provide transparency, and deliver accurate results, Andrew was able to drive value in clients’ accounting function.
Previously, Andrew held significant positions at EY and PwC, where he honed his skills in finance transformation and advisory, tax performance advisory and performance management. His deep understanding of the financial landscape drives Auciera’s mission. This, combined with his deep commitment to transparency and accuracy, helps Andrew provide innovative AI accounting solutions that empower accounting professionals.
In his spare time, Andrew holds a part-time position as a Professor of Accounting and Tax at Humber College, where he has been shaping the minds of future accounting professionals since 2018.

Dan Carli – Founding Partner
In his role at Auciera, Dan brings over 30 years as a CPA with experience in accounting, financial management, and business development. As the principal owner of a CPA Professional Corporation, he specializes in assisting owner-managed businesses with bookkeeping, financial accounting, and tax and business planning. Dan oversees the compliance of Auciera’s AI solutions by applying his extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and finance.
Previously, Dan held executive roles in the food processing industry, leading multimillion-dollar acquisitions, driving company growth, and optimizing financial operations. His expertise spans financial strategy, due diligence, and business transformation. With a results-driven approach, Dan is a cooperative leader and engaging communicator, who acts with confidence, trust and integrity to strategically reposition businesses in competitive markets and is committed to helping businesses achieve financial success.
Thomas Schroecker – Founding Partner
Tom brings many years of experience in technology to his role as the leader of the technology team at Auciera. Since graduating from Wilfred Laurier University, Tom has founded multiple successful technology startups. His love for technology has led him to run three successful startups, under Venuiti Group of Companies.
