About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated AI Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute directly to our AI transformation strategy.

This role is ideal for a junior developer with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, who wants hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to help bring intelligent features to life across our platform.

Where Your Expertise Is Needed

As an AI Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Work 100% on AI-related projects as part of the company’s broader AI transformation strategy
• Develop and maintain scalable applications across multiple stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions
• Assist with integrating AI frameworks and tools into existing systems
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following software development best practices
• Participate in brainstorming and design sessions to identify innovative ways to apply AI to real business challenges
• Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

While not required, experience in the following areas is considered a strong asset:

• Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks
• Basic experience with Docker for containerization and environment consistency
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools
• Experience working with APIs and data pipelines
