We’re not running a discount.

Auciera is live, and we’re looking for 10 firms willing to put it in front of real client books and tell us, plainly, what works and what doesn’t. If it earns your trust, we’ll ask for a testimonial and a short case study. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost nothing and you tell us why.

There’s no minimum number of clients required to qualify. We’re not trying to hit a revenue number with this program. We’re trying to get the product right, in front of the firms it’s built for, before the broader market sees it.

Locked-in early adopter pricing, permanently. $50 per client, per month, and it will never increase for qualified clients. QuickBooks and Xero keep raising their prices. Yours won’t.

No surprises

What happens after the 3 months

Nothing happens automatically. You decide.

Keep any clients you’ve onboarded on the platform at the early adopter rate, per client, per month, permanently.

Add new clients at the same early adopter rate for up to 6 months after your trial ends.

Drop any clients you don’t want to continue with. No penalty, no clawback.

Walk away entirely if it wasn’t a fit. We’d rather know that in month three than have you quietly churn in month eight.

What we’re asking for

In exchange for the free three months, we ask for:

01 A written testimonial, if the product earns it.

02 Permission to use your firm’s logo as a client / early adopter.

03 A short case study built from your actual experience using the platform.

04 Two feedback sessions with us over the course of the trial, roughly 30 minutes each.

Everything above requires your written approval before we use or publish anything. Nothing goes out with your name or logo on it without you signing off first.

Is there a minimum number of clients I need to bring onto the platform?

No. This program is about feedback and fit, not volume. Bring what makes sense for your firm.

What does “early adopter rate” actually mean in dollars?

$50 per client, per month. That rate is locked permanently for qualified clients, it will never increase.

What if I don’t want to give a testimonial?

Then you don’t. The three months of free access isn’t conditional on us liking what you say. It’s conditional on you actually participating in the feedback sessions in good faith.

Who reviews the case study or testimonial before it’s published?

You do. Nothing is published without your written sign-off.

What happens to my data if I decide not to continue after the trial?

You can export everything. Once that’s done, we delete all traces and history from our systems.

Is this a sales trial in disguise?

No. There’s no minimum spend, no required headcount of clients, and no pressure to continue. If it’s not useful to your firm, we want to know that as much as we want the testimonial.
